Offended By Being Recorded During An Argument With The Package Courier, The Shop Owner In Cianjur Stabs The Victim

CIANJUR - The Cianjur Resort Police, West Java, arrested E (42), the owner of a building materials store that carried out the victim, Usep Suhendar (30), a resident of Pagelaran District, suffered stab wounds to several parts of his body.

Kasatreskrim Cianjur Police Commissioner Nova Bhayangkara said the perpetrator assaulted the victim with a sharp machete when he intervened the perpetrator who was involved in an argument with the package courier, resulting in stab wounds to his hands and back.

"The perpetrator was arrested and immediately taken to the Cianjur Police Headquarters, to account for his actions, while the victim was immediately taken to the Pagelaran Hospital for medical treatment because he was seriously injured," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, September 18.

The results of the examination, the perpetrator felt offended by the victim because he had made a video during an argument with the package courier, so the perpetrator took a machete and threw several stabs at the victim's body.

Even before, the perpetrator had had problems with the victim, so when he intervened with the package courier, the perpetrator vented anger on the victim and suffered stab wounds on his hands and back.

"The perpetrator was charged with Article 351 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 5 years," he said.

Meanwhile, information from Faturahman (19), a package courier involved in an argument with the perpetrator, said the perpetrator was suddenly angry with a high tone of rejecting a package worth Rp. 51 thousand which was delivered on the grounds that there was no money because his wife was holding him.

Finding this, the courier again asked whether he wanted to pay or not after a while the perpetrator was angry.

Finally, the perpetrator paid with Usep's money, who was shopping for building materials.

"Because I paid according to the procedure, I took a photo of the shop building for the report, at that time the perpetrator got angry again and I got into an argument, seeing this the victim tried to intervene but got hit and his motorbike was overthrown by the perpetrator," he said.

Seeing the perpetrators raging, Faturahman tried to stay away for fear of the same thing the perpetrator did to him, but when he walked away he saw the perpetrator carrying a sharp weapon and attacking the victim again.

"The victim's intention was to intervene but became the target of the perpetrator's anger, I continued to stay away because I was afraid of experiencing the same thing, I just found out from the residents that the victim was rushed to the hospital because he was seriously injured as a result of being stabbed by the perpetrator," he said.
