Caught Bocoring And Smoking, Dozens Of Students Were Trained By Satpol PP Rejang Lebong

REJANG LEBONG - Officers of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu, fostered 49 students at the same level of junior high and high school who were caught making up during their study hours.

Acting Head of the Rejang Lebong Satpol PP Service, Anton Sefrizal, said the raid was carried out after receiving public reports about the large number of students hanging out in stalls during school hours.

The raids that we held today managed to secure 49 students who were caught playing school during active class hours. They consist of 29 high school students equivalent and 20 junior high school students," said Anton Sefrizal in Rejang Lebong, Antara, Thursday, September 18.

The students were secured from a number of stalls at several points in Curup City at around 09.30 WIB. In addition to making fun, a number of students were also caught smoking even though the school was carrying out a mid-term exam.

"Earlier before they were sent home, they were first recorded, fostered, and asked to make an agreement so as not to repeat their actions," he said.

Anton emphasized that raids will continue to be carried out to prevent students from making school. He said the students are the next generation of development so they need to be directed properly.

Meanwhile, a high school student who was arrested, with the initials RD, admitted that he was sorry and promised not to repeat his actions. He said he only hung out in a shop after being invited by his school friends.
