Youth Clashes In Alor NTT, 7 Youth Injured
JAKARTA - As many as 200 personnel from the NTT Regional Police were deployed (BKO) to assist security in Alor due to conflicts between youth in the area on Wednesday, September 17 yesterday.
"We have deployed personnel there (Kabahi-Alor City, Red) to assist with security there," said Head of the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police (Kapolda) Inspector General of Police Rudi Darmoko in Kupang, Thursday, confiscated by Antara.
This was conveyed after the inauguration of the NTT Police Chief's drill well in Liliba Village, Kupang City, the capital of NTT Province.
The Kapolda admitted that the security forces, both the TNI and Polri, had worked hand in hand to maintain and restore the situation and conditions in the area so that it was conducive.
The conflict between Youths that occurred on Wednesday, September 17 yesterday resulted in seven people being injured and being rushed to the hospital due to being thrown and sharp goods.
A Brimob member named Bharada AM, was also hit by the arrows of residents who were in conflict and had been treated by medical officers.
