Tutut Suharto Sues The Minister Of Finance To The Administrative Court, The Ministry Of Finance Has Not Received A Letter
JAKARTA - Siti Hardiyanti Hastuti Rukmana or Tutut Suharto, daughter of the 2nd President of the Republic of Indonesia Suharto, filed a lawsuit against the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
Meanwhile, this lawsuit was filed on September 12, 2025 at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN).
The case was recorded as number 308/G/2025/PTUN.JKT. However, until now, details of the contents of the lawsuit are not yet available to the public. On the court's official website, only the statement "The lawsuit cannot be displayed" was written, as quoted on Thursday, September 18.
When asked for confirmation, the Head of the Communication and Information Services Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Deni Surjantoro, stated that his party had not received documents or official notifications regarding the lawsuit.
"Until now, we have not received a letter regarding this matter," he said, Thursday, September 18.
Referring to the time of filing the lawsuit, it is known that the lawsuit was filed after Purbaya Yudhi Sadive officially served as Minister of Finance replacing Sri Mulyani Indrawati since Monday, September 8, 2025.

Rumors circulated that this lawsuit was related to the Decree of the Minister of Finance (KMK) Number 266/MK/KN/2025, which contained the Prevention of Traveling Outside the Region of the Republic of Indonesia against Siti Hardiyanti Hastuti Rukmana in the Context of Management of State Receivables.
Meanwhile, the decision was made on July 17, 2025, when Sri Mulyani was still Minister of Finance.
However, Deni has not been able to confirm the contents of the lawsuit and emphasized that the Ministry of Finance can only provide an explanation after receiving an official copy of the lawsuit from the court.
"So we can't respond yet," he explained.
