Michelle Ziudith And Giorgino Abraham Tell About Dating Different Religions

JAKARTA - Michelle Ziudith and Giorgino Abraham shared their personal experiences which turned out to be very close to the characters in the film Don't Call Mama Kafir by the production house Maxima Pictures.

Both admitted that the issue of different religions raised in the film simply describes the journey of each other's lives.

"Actually, I've been dating for different religions so I said I didn't deepen my character," said Michelle Ziudith in the Central Jakarta area, Wednesday, September 17.

For Michelle, this film is a medium to channel the feelings she has been keeping.

"This film can be an extension of my hand telling and I can express my feelings that I have been living, the difficulties I have faced myself I can put my taste in this film. So I feel very relaxed," said Michelle Ziudith.

Not only that, he also felt his role in raising many personal memories.

"It's really a back," said Michelle Ziudith.

Giorgino Abraham also felt the same thing. He admitted that the story of this film is very close to his experience.

"Wow, it's really related to me. For me personally it's a relationship, I've also had different religious relationships several times, but the most important thing is also told in this film that the importance of tolerance and the beauty of tolerance are good," explained Giorgino Abraham.

The film Don't Call Mama Kafir tells the story of the figure of Maria (Michelle Ziudith), a Christian woman who is married to a Muslim man named Fafat (Giorgino Abraham). From this marriage was born a small daughter named Laila (Humaira). Since birth, Laila has been promised to embrace Muslim religion according to her father's request.

But fate said otherwise. Maria's life changed drastically after Fafat died, leaving herself as a single mother who had to struggle to raise her child alone. The conflict escalated when Umi Habibah (Elma Theana), the mother of Fafat, sued for custody of Laila.

The emotional battle that took place in the courtroom then reached the climax point when Laila, in her determination, said a sentence that rocked all parties: "Don't call Mama an infidel."

The film itself will begin airing on October 16.
