Logitech Lift Mouse: Ergonomics, Comfortable, But Not For Everyone
JAKARTA - In the midst of the increasingly easy to find ergonomic mouse, Logitech comes with an elevator, an entry-level vertical mouse that is quite friendly to ordinary users but still offers attractive features to support comfort.
Computer use for a long time has often caused health problems, especially on the wrist due to the position of foreign-pronated (down-looking hand contact). Logitech tries to overcome this through a unique design on the elevator that directs its hands to a natural handshake' position with an angle of 57 degrees.
At first it was awkward. The arm fell tired easily in the first few days of use. However, after two weeks, many users felt a significant difference: the pressure on the wrist was reduced, and aches more rarely appeared.

Soft Grip adds comfort, although there are concerns that oil or dust will get dirty easily. Logitech provides Rose Pink, Off White, and Graphite color choices. Especially for left-handed users, there is a special version, although unfortunately not all color variants can be selected.
Important note: This mouse is only suitable for small to medium hands. For those who have big hands, the use can feel uncomfortable.
The Logitech Lift is equipped with six buttons, including a scroll wheel and two additional buttons on the side for the forward-backward function. The advantage lies in support of the Logi Options+ application, which allows button customization globally and specifically per app.
Scrolling remains a mainstay of Logitech, with fine movements, precision, and proper speed.
This mouse can be connected via Bluetooth or the USB-A Logi Bolt dongle that has been included in the package. The latest MacBook users do need an adapter, but the connection via dongle is more stable than Bluetooth.
The elevator can be paired up to three devices at once and can move with just one button. The wireless connection distance is also solid, reaching about 10 meters.
One thing is clear: this is not a mouse travel. The body is big, it is difficult to enter a laptop bag, and on the desk it also takes up more space than ordinary mice. For a narrow workspace, this can be a problem.
Lifts are also not the ideal choice for gamers or jobs that require high precision because they feel a bit slow. But for daily use in the office or home, the performance is more than enough.
The elevator uses one AA battery with a claim of resilience for up to two years. This clearly reduces the difficulty of refilling. Just prepare the spare battery, and the downtime is almost gone.
At a price of around 75 US dollars, Logitech Lift can be a reasonable ergonomic investment. It is comfortable, customizable, and designed to reduce pain due to the use of long-term standard mice.
However, this mouse is not for everyone. Owners of large hands, gamers, or users who travel frequently may have to look for other options. For office workers and home users with comfort priorities, Lifts are a solid option.
