BI Borong SBN Up To IDR 217.1 Trillion
JAKARTA - Bank Indonesia Governor Perry Warjiyo revealed, until now Bank Indonesia has actively purchased Government Securities as a form of close synergy between monetary policy and fiscal policy, which until September 16, 2025, reached IDR 217.10 trillion. Perry said that BI also made purchases in the secondary market and the debt switching program with the Government amounted to IDR 160.07 trillion.
"The purchase of SBN in the secondary market is carried out according to market mechanisms, measurable, transparent, and consistent with monetary programs in maintaining economic stability so that they can continue to maintain the credibility of monetary policy," Perry said in an online press conference, Wednesday, September 17.
On the other hand, BI also continues to strengthen the implementation of Macroprudential Liquidity Incentive Policy (KLM) to encourage bank credit/financing growth.
Until the first week of September 2025, the total KLM incentives reached Rp. 384 trillion, which was distributed to state-owned banks and BUSN of Rp. 170 trillion, BPD of Rp. 38.5 trillion, and KCBA of Rp. 5.7 trillion, respectively.

Sectorally, KLM incentives are distributed to priority sectors, namely Agriculture, Real Estate, Public Housing, Construction, Trade and Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, Tourism and Creative Economy, as well as MSMEs, Ultra Micro, and Green.
"In the future, the KLM policy will continue to be strengthened to encourage credit/financing growth through optimizing incentives in sectors that have contributed greatly to economic growth and job creation and are in line with the Asta Cita Pemerintah programs," said Perry.
