Manage Self Divorce, Chikita Meidy Presents Father And Sister As Witnesses At Divorce Session

TIGARAKSA - The former child singer Chikita Meidy showed her toughness in dealing with the divorce process with her husband, Indra Adhitya at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, today, Tuesday, September 16.

Without being accompanied by a lawyer, he took care of the entire trial process himself and even presented his closest family members, namely his father and sister, as witnesses.

"Today's agenda is that I brought witnesses. Then the one who accompanied me was my father and my sister," said Chikita Meidy at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Tuesday, September 16.

Chikita admits that it must handle all administrative matters alone, including revising several things in its lawsuit with the help of the court's Legal Aid Post (Posbakum).

"Because today I took care of it myself," he said.

"So I was also assisted by Posbakum. So, what's the name for revising is some of my typo lawsuits when it comes to that," continued Chikita Meidy.

In his testimony, Chikita's father and sister only confirmed the truth of the points in the lawsuit.

"Just ask questions about the lawsuit. Is it true, does you know. Already, like that," he explained.

The main focus of Chikita's lawsuit is child custody and income, without offending Gono-gini's assets.

"My first lawsuit is child custody and support, that's all," he said.
