The Role Of TNI Soldiers In The Case Of The Death Of Kacab Ilham Pradipta

JAKARTA - TNI soldiers, Kopda FH, were involved in a series of kidnapping and murder cases of the Head of the Bank (Kacab), Mohamad Ilham Pradipta. Based on the investigation, his role was to find people to kidnap victims.

"The role concerned is to find people to forcibly pick them up," said Danpomdam Jaya, CPM Colonel Donny Agus to VOI, Friday, September 12.

But it was not conveyed in detail whether there was wages or money received by Kopda FH.

For this role and sufficient evidence, Kopda FH was named a suspect. In fact, detention has been carried out.

"The person concerned has been detained and named a suspect," he said.

Apart from his role in the case of kidnapping and murder, Kopda FH is said to be involved in official matters. Because, it is being sought because he did not enter the service without permission.

"At the time of the incident his status was being sought by the unit because he was not present without an official permit," said Donny

As a reminder, up to now 15 people have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and murder of Kacab Bank, Mohamad Ilham Pradipta.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi said one of them had the initials RS which played a role in providing a monitoring team.

"The results of the deepening by the team, this RS brother plays a role in providing a monitoring team," said Ade.

The monitoring team is tasked with supervising and participating in all Ilham Pradipta activities. However, it has not been clearly conveyed about when the team started taking action.

In addition, the hospital is also said to provide an IT team. So far, the task of the team has not been disclosed. But it is possible to intercept or monitor Ilham Pradipta's communications

"The monitoring team that participated in the victim's activities and also provided an IT team," he said.

Ilham Pradipta is known to have been found dead in an empty land in the Cikarang area, West Java, on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

Based on CCTV footage, Ilham Pradipta was forced into a white car parked next to his car, before finally being forcibly taken away, to be precise at Lotte Grosir Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta.
