Nikita Mirzani Objects To HP Extraction Data, Calls Forensic Experts Lies About Conversation Data
JAKARTA - The follow-up trial of the case involving Nikita Mirzani is heating up again. In the agenda of examining the digital forensic expert of the Polda Metro Jaya, Rujit Kuswinoto, there was a debate regarding the data on the extraction of conversations on Nikita's cellphone.
"Eh, next, here. You were talking about SOPs. Well, these are the data that you ecstasy backwards in October, until I checked here in June, July, right," said Nikita Mirzani during the trial, Thursday, September 11.
Nikita questioned the relevance of the data displayed, considering that the alleged case occurred in November 2024. He also mentioned the possibility of having conversation data that was not related to the subject matter being dismantled.
"What does the data have to do with June, July to October, while the incident that was alleged to be the Mail of my friend and me was in November 2024 on the 13th," explained Nikita Mirzani.
"It means, I still don't understand, can chats that are not included in the subject matter be dismantled? That's it. Even though we don't talk about skincare or anything else," he said.
Responding to this, Rujit Kuswinoto gave a technical explanation regarding the extraction process. However, Nikita again denied it.
"I explained, Mother. For the extraction process, I did the whole thing. So, for example, on the mother's cellphone is still there from 2021 or 2020, there are all of them. However, for the selection, the analysis, the investigators, Ibu," Rujit explained.
"That means you're lying, because on my cellphone, I've never deleted the chat. There's only a start from 2019. Why didn't it be dismantled from 2019? From the start. Why is it like this? June, July, jump to October," he said.

Rujit Kuswinoto reiterated that his job was only to extract data. However, Nikita still insisted.
"That's what carried out the investigation, Mom," he said.
"No, this is you. You did it," said Nikita Mirzani.
The panel of judges then straightened out the explanation regarding the role of digital forensic experts. The judge also emphasized that which data decisions were displayed not the authority of the expert, but the investigator.
"Eh, wait a minute, I'll tell you. Wait a minute, Defendant, yes. I've actually been asked too, yes. The task of the expert is only to extract the cellphone in 2010 if it is also extracted. That's right, yes," said the judge.
"It's just whether everything will be shown, that's what analyzes, the one who determines is the investigator. That's right. It's been asked earlier, it's clear, yes," he concluded.
