Kadin Kaltim Chairman Payang Donna Officially Becomes A KPK Prisoner Regarding Allegations Of Bribery IUP

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) detained Dayang Donna Walfiaries Tania, who is the Chair of the East Kalimantan Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) today, September 10.

Donna is a suspect in a bribery case related to mining business permits (IUP) for the 2013-2018 fiscal year. She is the daughter of the Governor of East Kalimantan for the period 2008-2013 and 2013-2018 Awang Faroek Ishak, who has died.

Then Rudy Ong gave money to the Chairman of the East Kalimantan Chamber of Commerce and Industry who is the daughter of Awang Faroek, Dayang Donna Walfiaries Tania. This award is a ransom for the six IUPs proposed worth IDR 3.5 billion.

The giving was given Rp. 3 billion at a hotel in Samarinda and Rp. 500 million in Singapore dollars denominations. "After the transaction took place, ROC's brother through IC received a document containing a SK 6 IUP from sister DDW which was delivered by sister IJ (Imas Julia) - as sister DDW," said Asep.
