Palestinian Pro Demonstrators Geruduk Exhibition Of Combat Equipment In London Attended By Israeli Alutsista Companies

Palestinian humanitarian demonstrations raided a large exhibition of combat equipment or defense equipment held in London, England on Tuesday, September 9 local time.

Police said about 300 masses of action raised the Palestinian flag and unfurled posters containing criticism of their country.

One of them reads: "England: Stop arming Israel. Stop Genocide Gaza."

Britain rejected the presence of Israeli government officials at the opening of the four-day exhibition due to tensions with Israel over the conflict in Gaza.

However, the event was still attended by 51 Israeli defense companies, including major arms manufacturer Elbit.

In the large defense equipment exhibition in England, Israel became the fifth largest contingent in the exhibition held at the Excel London exhibition center.

A spokesman for the demonstrators has demanded that Israeli war equipment companies be brought to justice on suspicion of crimes against humanity.

"Not actually invited [at the combat equipment exhibition] to take advantage of the undeniable devastation as a result of their actions in Gaza," Campaign Against Arms Trade spokesman Emily Apple said in a statement.

Earlier, Britain's Ministry of Defense announced in late August that no Israeli government delegation was invited, citing "Israel's decision to further enhance its military operations in Gaza."

Israel calls the exclusion of its officials from the International Defense and Security Equipment (DSEI) exhibition a "discrimination."

At the same time, Israeli President Isaac Herzog is scheduled to be in London today for an official three-day visit.
