- 1 liter of liquid milk: Can use full cream milk for creamy products, and low-fat milk if you are on a diet. 2-3 sdm plain yogurt: Make sure to use yogurt without taste, because this is the main key to your fermentation succeeds.

1. Pour milk into the pan, then heat it with moderate heat while continuing to be dredged slowly. Wait until it is close to boiling. 2. After the hot milk, turn off the fire and keep quiet until the temperature decreases to 40-45 degrees Celsius. 3. Take a little warm milk and mix with the yogurt starter until evenly distributed. Then pour back into the milk pot, stir gently, and evenly. 4. Don't mix too thin, just slowly so that the bacteria are better comfortable to work. 5. Move the mixture into a closed container. You can use a glass jar or clean plastic container, close tightly, and store in a warm place like a hot oven, warm rice cooker, or wrapped in a thick towel.6. Let stand aside for 6 to 10 hours, the more acidic taste and texture will get denser.7. Once fermented, store yogurt in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to be fresher.
