Ministry Of Transportation Receives Additional Budget In 2025 Of IDR 2.74 Trillion
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) received an additional budget ceiling of IDR 2.74 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year.
With this addition, the Ministry of Transportation's effective ceiling will be IDR 29.50 trillion.
The addition of the budget was decided in a joint working meeting with the Ministry of Transportation with Commission V of the DPR RI at the DPR Building, Jakarta, Thursday, September 4.
Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi said the additional budget came from the relaxation of efficiency blocking of Rp1.62 trillion, the threshold for the performance of public service agencies (BLU) of Rp62.90 billion and the addition of non-tax state revenues (PNBP) of Rp1.06 trillion.
"So that the effective ceiling that was approved by the DPR RI on July 7, 2025, amounting to Rp26.76 trillion, there was an additional budget of Rp2.74 trillion. So that the budget posture of the Ministry of Transportation for the 2025 fiscal year, which is currently in the process of approval from the DPR RI, will be Rp29.51 trillion," he said.
Dudy also conveyed the Ministry of Transportation's Work and Budget Plan (RKA) in 2026. He said that for the 2026 budget, the Ministry of Transportation's indicative ceiling amounted to Rp24.40 trillion.
"Furthermore, based on a joint letter from the Minister of Finance and the Minister of National Development Planning/Bappenas dated July 24, 2025, the Ministry of Transportation's 2026 budget ceiling is IDR 28,489,404,712,000," he said.
Of the total budget ceiling of the Ministry of Transportation in 2026, he said, IDR 4.84 trillion will be used for personnel expenditures, operational goods expenditures of IDR 3.05 trillion and in the form of non-operational expenditures of IDR 20.59 trillion.
The details of the source of funding came from pure rupiah amounting to Rp19.7 trillion, PNBP Rp3.8 trillion, BLU Rp2.22 trillion and foreign loans (PLN) worth Rp2.76 trillion.
Then based on the program details, amounting to Rp9.77 trillion in the form of management support, Rp1.83 trillion for education and vocational, and Rp16.88 trillion for connectivity infrastructure.

Meanwhile, Chairman of Commission V DPR RI Lasarus expressed his support for any acceleration of the work program of Ministries/Agencies to support economic growth.
"By the end of the year, the weather is usually not good, the challenges on the ground must be big. On the other hand, we hope that the APBN will provide a driving force for economic growth in the community," he said.
