This Is A Form Of ISS Indonesia's Commitment To Employee Welfare

JAKARTA - The company providing integrated facilities for ISS Indonesia officially signed a Collective Work Agreement (PKB) for the 2025-2027 period together with employee representatives represented by PK FSB NIKEUBA ISS, SERPISSI PUK, and ADI ISS PARKAR.

This signing is a symbol of a shared commitment in building employee welfare and harmonious and sustainable industrial relations.

ISS Indonesia CEO Muhammad Sofyan said employees are at the heart of the success of his company.

"We are committed to prioritizing work welfare and safety," he said.

Through various training programs, open career paths, and appreciation for performance, his party will continue to encourage the growth of each individual.

"We uphold the rights of employees and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. The signing of this PKB reflects a very good collaboration between Management and the Labor Union in creating a safe, comfortable and productive work environment." he added.

Meanwhile, the Special Staff of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Indra, expressed his appreciation for the management of the Indonesian ISS employment.

According to him, ISS Indonesia shows the best practice of positive and exemplary industrial relations practices.

"Obligence to regulations, respect for workers' rights, commitment to workers' welfare and safety, and respect for the existence of trade unions is reflected in the existence of a Collective Work Agreement. This is a good example carried out by the ISS Indonesia, hopefully similar companies will imitate this positive thing so that our labor ecosystem is better and so that our industry will develop," he said.

Penandatanganan PKB ini merupakan hasil dari proses dialog yang konstruktif dan transparan antara manajemen dan serikat pekerja.

Selama beberapa bulan terakhir, kedua belah pihak telah berdiskusi secara intensif untuk menyusun kesepakatan yang mencerminkan kepentingan bersama, mulai dari peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan, perlindungan hak-hak pekerja, hingga penguatan budaya kerja dan K3 yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

The signing of the PKB is the result of a constructive and transparent dialogue process between management and trade unions.

Over the past few months, both sides have discussed intensively to formulate agreements that reflect the common interest, ranging from improving employee welfare, protecting workers' rights, to strengthening inclusive and sustainable work culture and K3.
