Do Breasts Often Be CreATEd So Kendur? This Is A Sexual Explanation

JAKARTA - Many myths are circulating in the community regarding breast health. One of them is the assumption that breasts can change shape or go down because they are often touched, squeezed, until they are smoked. Is this true?

According to dr. Haekal Anshari, M. Biomed, a sexologist and an anti-aging doctor, this is not true. He emphasized that the shape and size of the breast is not determined by touch or refraction, but by genetic, racial, hormonal, physical health conditions, and nutrition factors.

"That's not true, yes, it's just a myth. The size of the breast is influenced by race, genetic, hormonal, physical health conditions, and nutrition. When the breast is held or squeezed, it feels denser due to stimulation, the nipples become tense, but it's only temporary and not permanent," explained dr. Haekal, quoted from the YouTube channel Kata Dokter.

After the stimulation is complete, the breast will return to its original shape. Therefore, it is not true that the breast can become large, down, or loose just because it is often squeezed or smoked.

dr. Haekal suggested that women not worry too much about the size or shape of the breast. The more important thing is to maintain the health of the breast with a healthy lifestyle, choose the right bra, and not to be too strict to stay comfortable.

In addition, all women are advised to carry out regular SADARI ( own breast examination) examinations. This examination aims to detect abnormalities from an early age, including possible tumors in the breast.

"Check whether there is a lump on the breast or armpit. Then, also pay attention if the liquid comes out of the breast. If you are breastfeeding, that's normal. But if you don't breastfeed and there is a green liquid, redness, or unusual, you should immediately consult a doctor," said dr. Haekal.

In addition, pain in the breast before menstruation is still considered reasonable because it will usually disappear by itself. However, if prolonged pain occurs or changes in the skin of the breast such as redness, wrinkles, itching, or changes in texture, it should be immediately checked into medical personnel.

"Women must be more aware and aware of the health of their breasts. Do regular SADARI examinations so that if there are abnormalities they can be detected immediately." concluded dr. Haekal.
