Allegations Of PKK Dompu Corruption Still In Investigation Stage, BPKP NTB Immediately Audit Losses

JAKARTA - The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Representative of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) revealed the results of the exposure to the corruption case of the Dompu Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) budget (2022) corruption case.

The Coordinator of Supervision for the Investigation Division of BPKP NTB Agung Ragil Pujono revealed that the results of the exposure of the case asked the Dompu Kejari to provide complete information on the need for an audit of the calculation of state financial losses (PKKN).

"If that has been fulfilled, then the PKKN audit will be carried out," said Agung in Mataram, Wednesday, as reported by Antara.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Kejari Dompu Burhanuddin admitted that there was a request for information from the BPKP which was a follow-up to the results of the case exposure.

"So, for the Dompu PKK case, we are still coordinating with BPKP for potential state losses," said Burhanuddin.

By explaining these developments, he emphasized that the handling of this alleged corruption case is still ongoing at the investigation stage.

He said that collecting data and information at the investigation stage was still part of an effort to see indications of unlawful acts, including by investigating potential state financial losses with BPKP.

As for those who have undergone the examination, most of them are from the Dompu PKK management who is fronted by Lilis Suryani, the wife of the former Regent of Dompu A. Jaelani cadre.

Burhanuddin stated that Lilis Suryani as the Chair of the Dompu PKK Team had undergone an examination with her management.

"We have asked the former chairman of the PKK and the management for information," he said.

There is also an examination of government agencies from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Dompu.

This case emerged based on public reports that saw accountability reports from the problematic management of the PKK budget for 2022-2023. There are allegations of fictitiousness in the realization of the budget until the loss is estimated at IDR 2 billion.

This case report was first submitted to the NTB Prosecutor's Office and continued to be transferred to the Dompu Kejari for handling efficiency.
