As part of the 10 year celebration, TKPP organizes various activities, namely fun runs, launching residential promos to encourage consumer purchasing power amid fluctuations in the national property market, and distributing social assistance as a form of company concern.

TKP President Director Abdul Kamarues said that at this moment his party continues to work together to support people who have decent housing by presenting comfortable housing.

He added that this momentum is also a reflection of the company's long-term business commitment to providing added value, both for consumers and for economic growth.

"We use this 10th age as a momentum to be stronger. This promo is a form of our appreciation to consumers, while the CSR program is a form of our concern for the community. Fun Run is a symbol of togetherness and a healthy lifestyle that we want to continue to echo," he said in his statement, Tuesday, September 2.

Meanwhile, this promo offers a light payment scheme, namely Rp. 10 million all-in without advance (DP), accompanied by financial incentives such as 100 percent VAT-free, BPHTB costs, AJB, BBN, PPJB, IPL for six months, to free internet and canopy bonuses.

In addition, they had the opportunity to get prizes from forest wheels, ranging from kitchen sets, air conditioning, electric motors, 70-inch TVs, two-door refrigerators, to 5-gram precious metals.

Head of the TKPP Marketing and Promotion Division, Suhendra Sanusi, said that the exclusive promo applies to the latest residential product, the Alexandre Cluster, which carries the Modern European Beauty of Balance concept.

Then, TKPP also distributed social assistance in the context of corporate social responsibility (CSR), namely by handing over 10 wheelchairs and food packages to the Indonesian Children's Oncology Foundation and the Defected Children's Development Foundation, as a form of TKP contribution to social sustainability.

"This assistance is a tangible form of TKPP's commitment to grow with the community, in line with its vision as a sustainable and trusted property developer," he said.
