Dozens Of Students In Palu Allegedly Poisoned By MBG
PALU - Dozens of students of MTs Sis Al-Jufri Tatura and SMK Bina Potential Palu City are suspected of having food poisoning after eating Free Nutrition (MBG).
"After eating around 13.00, some of the children felt dizzy, there were itching, and some vomited. An hour later his condition got worse, so we immediately took them to the hospital," said Deputy Head of MTs Sis Al Jufri Tatura, Betsi Supit at the Palu Bala Keselamatan Hospital (BK) reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, August 27.
He explained that the two schools were under the auspices of the Indonesian Potential Development Foundation.
They have received the MBG program since the last three days, starting Monday (25/8) to Wednesday (27/8). Apart from MTs and SMK, the MBG program was also given to Kindergarten (TK) students.
MTs SIS Al Jufri Tatura consists of three classes by obtaining MBG as many as 45 students, and 13 of them were referred to the hospital.

Meanwhile, for Bina Vocational School, the potential is more than 100 students who get food. The victims referred to the hospital were seven students.
"A total of 20 of our students are being treated," he said.
The Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) which distributed MBG has visited the hospital to see the development of student care.
