2. Make a routine before bed

Creating a small routine before bed can help give a signal to the body when it's time to rest. Relax with calming activities before bed, such as reading books or meditation.

Doing routines before bed consistently can improve sleep quality and help you to fall asleep faster every night.

3. Adjust the changes gradually
