Prabowo Awards Honorary Signs, Idrus Marham: Evidence Of Bahlil's Achievement
JAKARTA President Prabowo Subianto awarded the Service and Honorary Signs to 141 national figures in commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia. The ceremony was held at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday, August 25 morning, and was attended by ministers, leaders of high state institutions, and political figures who played a role in the nation's development.
Among the award recipients, there are a number of important figures such as DPR Speaker Puan Maharani, MPR Chair Ahmad Muzani, DPD Chairman Sultan Bachtiar Najamudin, and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) who is also the General Chair of the Golkar Party, Bahlil Lahadalia.
Deputy Chairperson of the Golkar Party's DPP for Public Policy, Idrus Marham, positively welcomed the award. According to him, the award to Bahlil is a form of state recognition for the work and real contributions that have been inscribed while carrying out the mandate as a minister as well as leading the Golkar Party.
"President Prabowo's award of Certificates and Honor to Bung Bahlil is an acknowledgment of the dedication and real contribution he has given," said Idrus in a written statement, Monday, August 25.
Idrus emphasized that the award was not just a symbol, but validation of Bahlil's hard work and integrity in the midst of political and government dynamics. According to him, a true leader prioritizes public, national and state achievements, rather than personal achievements.
He assessed that Bahlil had succeeded in proving himself to be a young figure who was able to lead one of the largest political parties in the country as well as carry out his duties as a minister in the Red and White Cabinet.
This is an important milestone for the public to increasingly believe that Bung Bahlil is able to lead and continue to make a positive contribution. This title could actually eliminate all doubts about the figure of our General Chair," said Idrus.
Idrus also assessed that criticism that is often directed at Bahlil is actually the energy to work harder. "This criticism is used as an impetus to produce real work for the nation. The result is now proven with the appreciation he received," he said.
Furthermore, Idrus reminded the importance of supporting young figures who have a large capacity, including Bahlil who is still under 50 years old. He emphasized that support should be realized in the form of constructive criticism, not hate-based attacks.
"A young leader like Bung Bahlil needs objective input so that it continues to develop, not weakening accusations. We must provide space for the younger generation to prove their abilities," he stressed.
In addition to appreciating the award, Idrus emphasized the Golkar Party's commitment to fully support the Prabowo Subianto 'Gibran Rakabuming Raka government. Golkar, he said, is ready to be at the forefront of overseeing the vision of national development so that the government's program really touches the community.

He added that Pancasila remains the party's ideological foundation in formulating policies. This, according to him, proves that Golkar wants to continue to be present as an inclusive and open modern party for all people.
With the awarding of an honorary title for Bahlil, Idrus assessed that Golkar is increasingly determined to move forward. "This award is not only a personal pride, but also the pride of all Golkar cadres who are committed to working for the nation and state," he concluded.
