During a meeting with the Regent of Tanah Laut Rahmat Trianto, Alex also conveyed plans to form a Legal Aid Post (Posbankum) as well as improve legal and legislative services in Tanah Laut Regency.
The formation of Posbankum in all villages and sub-districts in Tanah Laut, which amounted to 135, can be realized immediately.
The presence of this Posbankum is expected to expand access to justice to the village level, so that people have facilities for resolving legal problems more closely and affordablely and involving legal protection.
In addition, Kakanwil also reminded the importance of harmonization of all regional regulations and regional head regulations so that the resulting legal products are in line with the provisions of Law Number 12 of 2011 which has been amended by Law Number 13 of 2022 concerning the Establishment of Legislation.
Regent Rahmat Trianto ensured that local government officials immediately conducted an inventory of local superior products according to the direction of the Head of Regional Office.
"Regarding Posbankum, the need for technical instructions that can be used as a basis for village heads and village heads in their establishment, in principle we are very supportive," he said.
