Online Gambling Headquarters In Perumnas Bumi Karawang Raided By West Java Police
JAKARTA - The headquarters of the Cambodian and Canadian online gambling syndicates in Perumnas Bumi Telukjambe, Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang Regency, which was raided by the West Java Police Cyber Investigation Directorate, has only been occupied for about six months.

The house, which was contracted and used as the headquarters of the online gambling syndicate, has only been occupied for about six months.
The occupants did not report and did not pay attention when reminded by neighbors and local RT administrators. There are quite a lot of residents, and almost every day there are different people.

Mucharom also admitted that he witnessed that 12 computers were secured by the police.
Meanwhile, the West Java Regional Police through the Directorate of Cyber Investigation (Ditresiber) announced the disclosure of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) service network used to optimize online gambling sites.
Six suspects involved in this operation were arrested in various parts of Indonesia, including in the Telukjambe Timur area, Karawang.

The modus operandi is to use SEO to increase the ranking of online gambling sites on search engines. The goal is for these sites to appear on the first page of the search.
The suspects manage the Garuda Website which advertises five online gambling sites. Each website generates a monthly profit of IDR 10-15 million. Meanwhile, the total profit earned by the perpetrators for two years is estimated at IDR 500 million.
