The Testimony Of The Driver And ART At The Jonathan Frizzy Assembly Compactly Mention The Name 'Erna' As The Orderer
JAKARTA - Two key witnesses who were presented at the follow-up trial of Jonathan Frizzy (Ijonk), namely a personal driver and household assistant (ART), consistently mentioned Erna's name as the person who gave orders related to evidence.
This testimony seemed to put Erna, Ijonk's assistant, in a central position in the event flow.
Ijonk's attorney, Andreas Nahot Silitonga, summarized the statements of the two witnesses. The first witness, the driver, admitted that Erna ordered him to pick up a courier at the airport.
"It was said that he took Ijonk to the airport, after that he was asked by Erna to pick up Bahrun's brother to be escorted to Ijonk's house," Andreas explained at the Tangerang District Court, Wednesday, August 20.
Meanwhile, the second witness, ART at Ijonk's house, also admitted that he received instructions from the same person to handle the package brought by the courier.
"The other one, the assistant, was conveyed that he received the package, and Erna ordered him to separate 4 in another plate, one package remained at Ijonk's house," he continued.

The compact statements of the two witnesses directed a focus on Erna's role, while Ijonk's involvement and knowledge were still a big question mark.
"If the testimony of witness erna ordered it," concluded Andreas.
