After The DNA Test Results Of Ridwan Kamil-Lisa Mariana, The Criminal Investigation Department Immediately Holds A Case
The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police will soon conduct a case in handling the alleged defamation case reported by the former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil.
The case was held after investigators had obtained evidence in the form of DNA test results from Ridwan Kamil, CA, and Lisa Mariana.
"Perhaps the closest step is that we will conduct a case title," said Head of Sub-Directorate I of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Kombes Rizki Agung Prakoso, Wednesday, August 20.
The process of holding this case was carried out to provide legal certainty for the report made by Ridwan Kamil. It is known, in the report, Lisa Mariana is the reported party.
"So of course from investigators related to this information we will take steps to provide legal certainty," he said.
Meanwhile, the results of DNA tests conducted by the National Police showed that Ridwan Kamil was not the biological father of CA, the son of Lisa Mariana.
Karo Labdokkes Pusdokkes Polri Brigadier General Sumy Hastry Purwanti said that based on the examination, only DNA fit between CA and Lisa Maria was found. However, the results are different or non-identical when matched with Ridwan Kamil's DNA sample.
"That CA is genetically Lisa Mariana's biological child, not Muhammad Ridwan Kamil's biological child," said Sumy.
Meanwhile, DNA sampling was carried out at Bareskrim Polri on August 7. Not only Ridwan Kamil, Lisa Mariana and her child also underwent a series of DNA tests.
Samples taken from all three are blood and saliva. Later, the sample will be examined to see whether DNA matches exist.
Ridwan Kamil previously reported Lisa Mariana to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police on suspicion of defamation on April 11, 2025. The report was recorded with the number LP/B/174/IV/2025/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI.
