Debt Collector Who Besieged TNI AD Apologizes, Pangdam: Legal Process Remains The Way
JAKARTA - Commander kodam Jaya Maj. Gen. Dudung Abdurachman insists on bringing the case of serda nurhadi siege by dozens of debt collectors into the realm of law. Even though they've apologized for the mistake.
"Although he has apologized the legal process continues. The legal process remains to be handed over to the police," Maj. Gen. Dudung told reporters Monday, May 10.
The reason is, Indonesia is a country of law. Therefore, all issues must be resolved legally.

Earlier, police arrested 11 debt collectors involved in the siege of Serda Nurhadi that went viral on social media.

Then in the car, there was a small child and a sick man, there was also an uncle and aunt of the owner of the car, so Serda Nurhadi took the initiative to take over the steering wheel of the car to drive them to the hospital via the West Koja Toll Road.
But on the way, the car was still surrounded by the group of debt collectors. Serda Nurhadi then switched to take the car to the North Jakarta Metro Police because of the condition.
