Citro Badminton Expands Dealer Network And Presents Special Programs Until The End Of August

Citrowas under the auspices of PT Indomobil National Distributor as a Merk Holder Agent (APM) in Indonesia, again strengthens its commitment by expanding the network of dealers in various cities.

During the January July 2025 period, Citro closern has inaugurated 7 new dealers in various cities, including several areas in Jakarta such as Puri, Sedayu City, and Harapan Indah as well as in other cities such as Semarang, Surabaya, Bali and Medan.

To ensure the availability of spare parts in a short time, Citro totals a new service standard through 'Part Availability 1x24 Hours or Free', which is a program that guarantees the maximum availability of spare parts within 1x24 hours at the official workshop.

Through this policy, customers who carry out periodic maintenance (periodical maintenance) or repair due to the incident (accident) at the official Citro jobn workshop will get assurances that spare parts will be available within a maximum of 1x24 hours.

If you exceed that time, spare parts will be provided free of charge, free of charge. This program applies to 104 types of spare parts including wipers, headlamps, bumper fronts and others.
