Housing KUR Rules Have Been Issued, Here's The Provisions
YOGYAKARTA The government has just issued a regulation regarding people's business credit (KUR) specifically for the housing sector. This regulation is contained in the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Regulation Number 13 of 2025 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Housing Program Loans. In this regulation, the housing KUR is called the Housing Credit. In Article 1 paragraph (1) of the regulation, housing credit is defined as a credit / investment financing and / or working capital credit / financing given to macro, small, medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the form of individuals / individuals or business entities carried out in order to support the achievement of priority programs in the housing sector.
The party that distributes housing loans is a financial institution or cooperative that has been designated as a distributor of people's business loans.
Furthermore, in Article 3 it is written, the Housing Program Credit Distributor is a KUR distributor who has a KUR distribution ceiling and is not in a position to be temporarily suspended.
For funding, as stated in Article 4, the distribution of Housing Program Loans comes from funds from Financial Institutions or Cooperatives as Housing Program Credit Distributors.
Then Article 5 states that Housing Program Credit Distributors conduct an examination of potential Housing Program Credit Recipients through the Financial Information Service System (SLIK) or Credit Information Management Institution (LPIP).

Regarding the Housing Program credit collateral, as stated in Article 8, it consists of additional principal collateral and collateral.
