Andre Taulany Firmly Reveals Erin's Divorce Intentions In Front Of The Panel Of Judges

JAKARTA - The mystery behind the broken households of presenters Andre Taulany and Rien Wartia Trigina (Erin) is slowly starting to emerge.

Andre's legal team, Fahmi Bachmid, openly revealed that the main reason his client filed for divorce was because there were no more matches and disputes that could not be reconciled.

Fahmi Bachmid revealed that there were principles that made his client's household no longer able to be maintained.

"Yes, people are no longer suitable, there are constant disputes, there are principles that cannot be united," said Fahmi Bachmid, Andre Taulany's team of legal advisers in the East Jakarta area.

According to him, in a household there must be reciprocity between the two parties. If one party feels it is no longer possible to unite, then divorce will be the way that must be taken.

"Households cannot be one-sided, households must take and give, give and accept, but if one party has stated that it is impossible to reunite, maintain the integrity of their household, it must end with divorce," he continued.

Even so, Fahmi was reluctant to explain in detail the material of the case which was the source of the dispute.

For him, it is sufficient to state that there has been a mismatch that makes households no longer able to be united.

"We don't need to explain that it's material for the case. In the matter of the case, it is sufficient to declare that there are disputes and quarrels, there are discrepancies, and they cannot be united in the household," explained Fahmi Bachmid.

He also highlighted the "internal dispute" experienced by Andre Taulany, a suffering that he said could not be measured or translated by others.

"It cannot be interpreted (Andre Taulany's suffering), because we cannot translate our inner affairs because it is an inner dispute. The inner dispute is that only people with disputes can feel it," said Fahmi.

In the end, Fahmi emphasized that Andre's desire to divorce was very unanimous. This has even been repeatedly conveyed by Andre in front of the panel of judges.

"So, if someone declares, 'I, Your Honor, want a divorce', respect this legal process. Because Andre has repeatedly been in court stating 'I want a noble divorce, I have nothing to want except divorce'," he concluded.
