Red And White Animated Film: One For All Flood Criticism, Angga Sasongko Goes Down The Mountain Gives A Shocking Message!
JAKARTA - The famous director Angga Dwimas Sasongko finally opened his voice amid the flood of criticism from netizens about the animated film Merah Putih: One For All which was considered unsatisfactory in terms of visuals.
Through an upload, he gave responses and messages of encouragement to animator friends who were wondering about a polemic that was happening.
Angga admits that there is a gray area that raises questions and anxiety among creators.
"Many animator friends ask questions and ask for responses. There are areas that we cannot intervene in, even though we leave questions and anxiety," wrote Angga Dwimas Sasongko, quoted by VOI from Instagram @anggasasongko, Tuesday, August 12.
Instead of getting involved in the polemic, Angga actually called on the animators to stay focused on their respective works.
He encouraged them to continue the project being worked on.

"But if you are planning, making stories or completing your animation projects now, stay focused and continue," continued Angga Dwimas Sasongko.
According to him, works made with good intentions are very much needed by the industry and the current audience.
"We all need works that you are currently working on with a good heart and intention," he said.
Angga closed his message with a strong promise and motivation. He assured the animators not to be discouraged, because Indonesian viewers are waiting for their works to be made seriously.
"Don't be discouraged, cinema screens and Indonesian audiences are looking forward to the work you're doing really hard. Great things, take time," he concluded.
