Nikita Mirzani's Report On Alleged Bribery Of Law Enforcement Officials Will Be Reviewed By The KPK

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that reports of alleged corruption in the form of bribes submitted by Nikita Mirzani will be reviewed.

The celebrity is known to have reported allegations of corruption to the KPK through her attorney. Nikita's party suspects that there are efforts to regulate the verdict in the case and there is evidence of voice recordings.

"The KPK is certainly open to all reports from the public, of course it will be received and followed up, initial studies and verification will be carried out," said KPk spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, August 11.

Budi explained that the review process was to explore whether the alleged corruption reported was under the authority of the KPK. This procedure is carried out in every report that comes in.

"Whether the report is included in the criteria for corruption or not, then whether it is the authority (KPK) or not," he said.

This report will be immediately notified to the reporter. "We cannot convey it because from the start we have closed the information. However, as a form of transparency and accountability, updates from each report will be submitted directly to the reporting party," said Budi.

This report from Nikita Mirzani's side was first revealed through an upload on his Instagram account on Saturday, August 9. There is a photo of a receipt letter from the KPK with the number 011/VII/2025 with August 8, 2025.

The complaint on behalf of M Fasih Huddoink Holili contains "a complaint against alleged corruption and/or should be suspected of bribery against law enforcement officials."

This step was taken by Nikita Mirzani after his request to play voice recordings at trial his case was rejected by the panel of judges.

"According to the request, just report it to @official.kpk. We have reported it, yes. Hopefully @official.kpk will immediately follow up on the case that Kaka Niki reported," wrote the account.

Nikita claims the recording contains conversations that prove the alleged opponents, Reza Gladys, have bribed prosecutors and judges to regulate the proceedings. The panel of judges at that time suggested that the allegation be officially reported to the competent institution.
