JAKARTA - PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) today Monday, May 10 at 14.00 WIB in Jakarta.

Citing the announcement at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the agenda of the meeting was the affirmation of the composition of the company's shareholders and the plan to change the composition of the company's management.

For information, Dato Tahir is the boss of Mayapada Group, which became the 6th richest person in Indonesia. He holds assets of $ 3.3 billion or around IDR 46.2 trillion.
