The Prosecutor's Office Hands Over Bribery Files For Migor's Decision, Judge Cluster Will Be Tried Soon

The Central Jakarta District Attorney has transferred the case file for the alleged bribery for the release of the export of cooking oil (migor) to the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor). Thus, the suspects will soon be tried.

"The judge's bribes are delegated today," said Director of Prosecution (Dirtut) Jampidsus Attorney General's Office, Sutikno, to reporters, Monday, August 11.

The suspects in the case are Muhammad Arif Nuryanto (MAN) as former Chairman of the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Djuyamto (DJU) as chairman of the panel of judges, and Agam Syarif Baharudin (ASB) as a member of the panel of judges.

Then, Ali Muhtarom (AM) as a member of the panel of judges and Wahyu Gunawan (WG) as a clerk.

Investigators are also still developing a bribery case for the release of the corruption case in the processing of the export license for crude palm oil (CPO) or cooking oil.

So far, eight people have been named as suspects. Some of them are judges, namely Judge Agam Syarif Baharudin, Gakim Ali Muhtaro, and Judge Djuyamto who are suspected of receiving bribes worth Rp 22.5 billion.

The three of them are suspected of conspiring with other suspects, namely Muhammad Arif Nuryanta as Chairman of the South Jakarta District Court; Marcella Santoso and Ariyanto as lawyers; as well as clerk Wahyu Gunawan.
