Canva Launches 'Gampang' Campaign In Canva To Support MSME Digitization

JAKARTA - Canva, a leading visual communication platform, has just launched its first large-scale brand campaign in Indonesia titled "Gampang in Canva".

Inspired by the dynamics of the Indonesian MSME ecosystem, with such high ambitions, limited resources, and short time, this campaign captures the enthusiasm and resilience of business actors.

Given that there are around 60 million MSMEs, small businesses are the backbone of Indonesia's economy. To unlock their full potential, the key is better visibility through a great design," said Ruoshan Tao, Head of Marketing for Southeast Asia and Latin America, Canva in its official statement Monday, August 11.

The campaign will be launched through various traditional media channels such as television and digital platforms including streaming, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok services.

Canva revealed that Indonesia is Canva's third-largest market in the global sphere. There are about 84,000 educators, 270 local creators who produce 10,000 templates every month, and the 65 Canva Ambassador network is full of enthusiasm in advancing design excellence in 32 provinces.

Recently, Canva has also strengthened its commitment to Indonesia through a partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

Through this collaboration, Canva presents design tools that are easily accessible, direct skills training programs, and content that are in accordance with local culture to help more Indonesian business actors develop business and build brands with more confidence.

"Canva is here to momentum, support marketing strategies, and bring the best ideas to life. Canva is the answer where the design has a real impact," Tao concluded.
