This State Civil Apparatus Is Drunk Heavily, Screams Throwing People With Sandals, Is Now Arrested By The Police
PALANGKA RAYA - The Raimas Team of the Samapta Directorate (Ditsamapta) of the Central Kalimantan Police responded to residents' reports about drunken people and disturbing local residents on Jalan Kakatua, Palangka Raya City.
When the Raimas Team visited them, the DP (40) actor who was an individual of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) was having a drinking party with one of his friends, the initials O (26) on the terrace of the house.
According to local residents, one of the perpetrators made a scene by shouting and throwing sandals at everyone passing in front of the perpetrator's house.

Director of Samapta (Dirsamapta) Grand Commissioner Susilo Wardono through Danton Riamas Ditsamapta Second Brigadier Dwi Saifudin explained that the perpetrator had made local residents uneasy from a few days ago.
"According to the information we got, the perpetrators had often made the local residents nervous when they were drunk, such as pelting passersby with sandals and screaming," Dwi said as quoted from a written statement from the Central Kalimantan Regional Police Public Relations, Sunday, May 9.
The ASN person and one of his colleagues were then handed over to the Palangka Raya Police for questioning.
"We took the two perpetrators to Palangka Raya Police for further information," Dwi concluded.
