Pramono emphasized that this violated the rules.

"What is clear is that something like that should not happen, I will immediately ask the Department of Transportation and Satpol PP to discipline anyone," said Pramono.

It is known, this action was recorded and uploaded in a video by the lutfiagizal Instagram account. In the video, three people can be seen directing motorbikes to climb the sidewalk and attaching a container to put loose coins from the driver.

"It happened again. I've already gone viral. Now there's more. I'm still making IDR 2000, boss. I'm entering the trotrar. The service violates Jakarta, IDR 2000," said the video recorder on the lutfiagizal account.

From the uploader's statement, the incident occurred on Thursday, August 7. The action of asking for payment from motorbikes on the sidewalk in the same area also happened in March 2024. It went viral, they were immediately brought under control by the Satpol PP.
