LDR Allegedly A Strong Reason For Divorce Acha Septriasa And Vicky Kharisma
JAKARTA - The marriage of actress Acha Septriasa with Vicky Kharisma has officially ended. The Central Jakarta Religious Court granted Acha's divorce suit on verstek, meaning the verdict was handed down without the presence of her husband as the defendant.
Public Relations of the Central Jakarta Religious Court, Ira Puspita Sari, confirmed that in the trial only Acha Septriasa as the plaintiff was present.
"If the verstek is decided, only the plaintiff (Acha Septriasa) is present, the defendant (Vicky Kharisma) is not present," said Ira Puspita Sari to reporters at the Central Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday, August 7.
This divorce process is going very fast because it is classified as a rogatory case, which is a legal procedure that is carried out when one of the parties is abroad.
This allows the trial process to be completed in just one meeting.

"So in this case, because the case is the rogator of the husband abroad, the case is within six months, one trial call, immediately decided," said Ira Puspita Sari.
Ira also revealed the timeline of the sudden divorce process. Acha registered his lawsuit at the end of 2024 and the verdict was immediately handed down at the inaugural trial in mid-2025.
"13 December 2024 was registered, then on trial May 19, 2025, it was immediately decided. (So) Only one trial because of the rogator, the defendant (domisi) was abroad," said Ira Puspita Sari.
Previously, it was said that Acha did not include the issue of child custody into the material of his lawsuit, which indicated that it might be resolved privately outside the court.
"In the results of the decision, it is only called divorce, so there is no child custody. There is no problem in this case, yes, only divorce," he said.
