Chery Will Launch Fulwin X3 And X3L, There Are BEV And EV Versions

Chery will certainly launch Fulwin X3 and X3L in China on August 16. Both are considered as the repackaged iCar 03 series.

Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Friday, August 8, the SUV with a boxy design that is indeed very thick with iCar 03 or known in Indonesia as the Chery J6 will come in two model options. For X3 it is packed with BEV while for X3L it is an EREV version.

Both models adopt popular box designs for off-road SUVs, with long-ordered front and rear lights, hidden door handles coupled with rear boxes for additional storage areas.

In dimensions, Chery Fulwin X3 has a length of 4,327 mm, a width of 1,910 mm, a height of 1,715 mm with a wheelbase of 2715 mm. Consumers can choose between RWD and AWD versions.

The RWD version is equipped with an 185 kW electric motorbike (248 hp) and an iron phosphate lithium battery of 68,355 kWh, resulting in a 520 km cruising range (assuming CLTC condition). AWD has a combined maximum power of 255 kW (342 hp). The full specifications are waiting for launch time.

In addition, Chery Fulwin X3L has a length of 4,545 mm, a width of 1,950 mm, a height of 1815 mm, with a wheelbase of 2783 mm. There is an optional attractor hook at the back and the maximum towing capacity is 1,600 kg.

The driving system that can expand this range consists of a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 115 kW (154 hp) and a double electric motor that produces a maximum power of 315 kW (422 hp) and a peak torque of 505 Nm. Official acceleration from 0 to 100 km/hour is 4.7 seconds.

In addition, both are equipped with large floating center control screens, a full rectangular LCD instrument panel, three-finger multifunctional steering wheel, and a rectangular air conditioning stop. The center console is also equipped with two wireless chargers.

Given that Chery is already in Indonesia and has brought the iCar 03 model, will this model also be present to enliven the Indonesian automotive market?
