The Attorney General's Office Returns Confiscation Of Money Related To Riza Chalid
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has decided to return some of the money that was confiscated related to the suspect Riza Chalid.
It is known that investigators confiscated a sum of money in rupiah denominations and foreign exchange from parties affiliated with Riza Chalid.
"Some were returned, so some were confiscated and some were returned," said Head of the AGO, Anang Supriatna to VOI, Thursday, August 7.
The refund or no confiscation was carried out with several considerations, one of which was the allocation of the money.
However, Anang did not specify the nominal value of the money returned. Even with the amount that was confiscated
"For employee salaries, drivers, and others, investigators did not confiscate," he said.
Regarding the amount of money confiscated, it is said that it is still being calculated. If it is completed, it will be conveyed clearly later.
In addition to money, investigators are known to have also confiscated five luxury cars belonging to Riza Chalid. The confiscation was carried out from parties affiliated with the oil entrepreneur.

The confiscation of evidence suspected of being the result of a criminal act of corruption was carried out in three locations, namely in the areas of Depok and South Jakarta.
