Telkomsel Makes Sure Optimal Service Quality During Eid Al-Fitr Holiday 1442 H
JAKARTA - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ensures the quality of service on Eid Al-Fitr 1442 H. As well as efforts to increase telecommunication traffic in line with the homecoming ban.
"We are committed to providing comfort to all people who celebrate Eid Al-Fitr by providing excellent and quality services that are monitored regularly through an integrated service post," said Telkom Network & IT Solution Director, Herlan Wijanarko, in a written statement, Saturday, May 8.
According to Herlan, reliable connectivity is expected to easily communicate via telephone, video conferencing, and sharing Eid content. In order to welcome Idul Fitri 1442H, Telkom continues to make various preparations and efforts to safeguard infrastructure to ensure that the quality of service received by the community remains prime.
