Conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu Sells 1 Billion Shares Of CUAN Worth IDR 1.45 Trillion
JAKARTA - Controller of PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN), conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu recently made a share sale transaction for the issuer.
Quoted from the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, Prajogo Pangestu sold 1 billion shares of CUAN or 0.889530% of the total shares issued by the company on August 5, 2025 with a selling price of IDR 1,450 per share. With this sales transaction, Prajogo Pangestus obtained funds of IDR 1.45 trillion.
"The purpose of this transaction is to add free float shares circulating in the market," wrote CUAN Corporate Secretary Robertus Maylando Siahaya in an information disclosure, quoted Thursday, August 7.
This transaction was carried out by Prajogo Pangestu with direct share ownership status and maintained control of CUAN shares.

With the sale of these shares, Prajogo Pangestu's share ownership in CUAN was reduced from 95,517,650,000 shares (84,966 percent) to 94,517,650,000 shares (84,076 percent).
