CFMoto 750SR-R: CFMoto's First Sportbike 4-Silinder Officially Launches

JAKARTA - The latest news comes from a two-wheeled world, where Chinese manufacturer CFMoto has finally officially introduced his long-awaited new sports bike.

After various rumors have circulated since last year, CFMoto released CFMoto 750SR-R in China's domestic market. This motorbike is also known as 750SR-S or 750SS in several other global markets.

Reported by Visordown, Wednesday, August 6, this motorcycle became a milestone for CFMoto because it was their first sports bike to be equipped with a 749cc-capacity four-cylinder engine. This distinguishes it from other CFMoto models that often use rebudge machines from KTM. This is CFMoto's bold move to compete in the medium class sports bike segment.

In design, 750SR-R looks stunning with an aggressive and aerodynamic body line. One of the features that caught the most attention was the four-port underseat exhaust which provided a unique and sporty look. In addition, the feature that had gone viral, namely the seat belt in the back seat, has now been removed. The motor also has an optional rear wheel cover to improve aerodynamics.

For performance, this motorbike cannot be underestimated. With a peak of 110 cellphones at 10,250 rpm and 80 Nm torque at 9,000 rpm, this motorbike is equipped with various advanced features. Front and rear suspensions are entrusted to the KYB brand, while the braking system uses Brembo.

The electronic features are also complete, thanks to the six-mode IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). This technology allows for cornering ABS and cornering tracing control, as well as two driving modes. Other modern features include quickshifters (upshift-only), turning lights, keyless systems that can use cell phones, emergency brake lights, and tire pressure monitoring.

Despite launching in China, the CFMoto 750SR-R is expected to be introduced globally at this year's EICMA exhibition.
