Complete Land At IKN, OIKN Collaborates With The Association Of Land Deed Making Officials

The Capital Archipelago Authority (OIKN) cooperates with the Association of Land Deed Making Officials (IPPAT) to strengthen IKN land management in parts of North Penajam Paser Regency and Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province (Kaltim).

"The IKN Authority strengthens land governance to coordinate with IPPAT," said IKN Authority Head Basuki Hadimuljono when asked about IKN land in Sepaku, Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan, Thursday, confiscated by Antara.

He said the IKN Authority was committed to building progressive, integrated, and legal certainty management.

According to him, collaboration with IPPAT and land agencies in the regions is an important foundation in creating a land ecosystem that supports the transformation of the City of the Archipelago, as an inclusive and sustainable capital city.

He said the East Kalimantan National Land Agency, the Land Office of North Penajam Paser Regency and the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Land Office were also involved in completing the defense at IKN.

"It is hoped that collaboration can create a mutual agreement on what to do, of course there are rules. Coordination carried out can also be a forum for collaboration between the IKN Authority and IPATT," he said.

He explained that coordination and collaboration were carried out, especially related to the latest regulations, namely the Head Regulation (Perka) of the IKN Authority Number 6 of 2025 replacing Perka Number 12 of 2023 concerning Procedures for Land Implementation at IKN.

"And strategic issues to harmonize understanding of the dynamics of developing land," he said.

He said strategic steps were taken by the IKN Authority as an effort to create a land ecosystem that supports smart, inclusive, and sustainable urban development.

"Coordination and collaboration with IPPAT IKN delineation are part of a strategic step to build strong, integrated, and in favor of the long-term interests of all stakeholders in the city of Nusantara," said Basuki Hadimuljono.
