Akui Masih Ada Sebagian Warga Kampung Bayam Belum Kontrak Huni KSB, Pramono: Semoga Segera Dilesaikan

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung admitted that there are still some residents of the former Kampung Bayam who have not signed a residential contract for Kampung Susun Bayam (KSB) or the residence of an operational support worker (HPPO) Jakarta International Stadium (JIS).

Pramono explained that the residents of Kampung Bayam were divided into three groups. Two groups have signed contracts and the rest are the Kampung Bayam Madani Farmers Group chaired by Muhammad Furqon.

"Everything of the Gugun (group) and Shirley is all over. Yang Furqon hopes that it will be resolved soon. Indeed, there is no problem, it's just a matter of time," said Pramono at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Wednesday, July 30.

On the one hand, Pramono emphasized that he had fulfilled the political contract he had promised the residents of Kampung Bayam during the 2024 Pilkada campaign.

"The business of Kampung Bayam, which I said was not committed, now everything has been done, you know," said Pramono.

Previously, as many as 67 of the 126 families of Bayam Village residents had approved the KSB residential contract with PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) BUMD on Tuesday, July 29.

Meanwhile, some of them, namely the Kampung Bayam Madani Farmers Group, are not willing to sign the contract.

The head of the Kampung Bayam Madani Farmers Group, Furqon, admitted that his party had just received an invitation from the Mayor of North Jakarta on Monday night. They still need time to look into the contents of the contract.

"We have not finished studying the contents of the draft, we do not dare to sign it. I did not attend the meeting and only sent representatives to submit our objection letters," said Furqon.

There is one point in the contract that objected to Furqon and his group. In the new contract, North Jakarta Mayor Hendra Hidayat determined the number of families accommodated to inhabit KSB from the Tani Group of Kampung Bayam Madani as many as 23 families. Meanwhile, Furqon felt that his group had 35 families.

"One of the important points we convey is about Mas Pram's political promise. In the past, he promised to accommodate 35 families from the Kampung Bayam Madani farmer group. But only 23 families were included in the Mayor's Decree. This is what makes us confused," explained Furqon.

Therefore, Furqon demanded that the DKI Provincial Government and the BUMD PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) as KSB managers comply with their wishes before the contract is agreed upon.

Because, Furqon is worried that their fate will become unclear again, as has been experienced after former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan stepped down from his position.

"We will collect Pak Pramono's promise and refer to the MoU that we have made. The goal is that whoever is the governor in the future still respects this promise. We do not want Anies' experience to be betrayed again," he explained.
