JAKARTA - Success with two events on Mount Bromo, the Mount Series Jazz continues its journey this year to Mount Ijen. The concert will take place in the Taman Gandrung Terakota area, Banyuwangi on August 9.
The event, entitled BRI Jazz Gunung Series 3, Inspector General, will also be held in an amphitheater, with a fertile rice field setting.
Meanwhile, the headliner presented at BRI Jazz Gunung Series 3 Ijen is Suliyana 'singer from Banyuwangi' who will appear with the accompaniment of the Glam Orchestra.
Furthermore, the other lineups presented were Dua Empat, Patrol Kawitan Jazz, Surabaya Pahlawan Jazz, The Aartsen ft. Adam Zagorski, Irsa Destiwi Trio, and Kevin Yosua Trio ft. Fabien Mary.
Taman Gandrung Terakota itself is one of the mainstay tourist destinations of Banyuwangi Regency, where cultural arts meet culinary tourism, educational tourism, and souvenir tourism in an integrated area.
The atmosphere of BRI Jazz Mount Series 3 Ijen will be different from the previous two series. If last week's event on Bromo had touched 7 degrees Celsius, the air temperature in Ijen would be warmer, ranging from 22-23 degrees Celsius.
