The Attorney General's Office Has Determined That PT Acset Indonusa Tbk Is A Suspect In The MBZ Toll Corruption Case

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has named PT Acset Indonusa Tbk as a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the construction work (design and build) of the Jakarta-Cikampek II Elevated Toll Road in the Cikunir-West Karawang Section or the MBZ Toll Road.

The determination of the suspect against the corporation was carried out after investigators obtained or pocketed two pieces of evidence.

"The alleged corporation of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk," said Head of the AGO, Anang Supriatna in his statement, Wednesday, July 30.

Not only the determination of the suspect, Anang also revealed the progress of handling the corruption case. Recently, investigators examined four witnesses.

They are BW as Technical Director of PT JJC for the period 2016 to 2020; IK as President Director or President Director of PT Bukaka Teknik Utama.

Then, EY as the Senior Project Management of PT Aria Jasa Rekantama; and SDT as the Engineering Officer of PT Aria Jasa Rekantama for the 2017-2020 period.

However, it was not conveyed in detail about the examination material which took place on July 29, yesterday. It is only mentioned if the process of taking information on the witnesses aims to make a case clear.

"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing," said Anang.
