Trump Considers Hamas Difficult To Invite Negotiations
JAKARTA - US President Donald Trump said the militant group Hamas had become difficult to deal with in recent days. Trump is talking to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about various plans to release the hostages who are still being held in the region.
Beyond the issue of hostages, Trump said the US would work closely with other countries to provide more humanitarian assistance to the Gaza people, including food and sanitation.
"We will set up food centers without fences or boundaries to facilitate access," Trump told reporters after a meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer at his golf resort at Turnberry, Scotland.

Meanwhile, PM Starmer called the humanitarian situation in Gaza really very, very heavy and said food aid needed to be distributed to the region immediately.
"We need to garner support from other countries to distribute the aid, and yes, that does include suppressing Israel, because this is truly a humanitarian catastrophe," he said.
