The Top Up E-Toll Service At GT Cipularang And Padaleunyi Is Abolished Starting August 4
JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) through Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad (JMT) appealed to toll road users on the Cipularang and Padaleunyi sections to ensure sufficient balance of electronic money cards before driving.
The reason is, starting next August 4, JMT will stop the e-Toll balance top up (charge) service at all toll gates on the two sections.
Senior Manager Representative Office 3 Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Agni Mayvinna said the policy aims to reduce vehicle queues at toll gates.
The move also aims to improve smooth transactions and travel convenience.
"Starting Monday, August 4, 2025, the top-up e-Toll balance at the Cipularang and Padaleunyi Toll Gate will no longer be available," said Agni in a written statement, quoted Friday, July 25.
Even though the refill service at the gate is abolished, Agni said, motorists can still refill their e-Toll balance through the Travoy application, mobile banking services (m-banking), e-wallet and top up outlets in the rest area.
He ensured that the new policy would be conveyed widely through various official company channels, including social media and the Travoy application, so that no road users were missed.
