This Is DJ Panda's Threat To Erika Carlina, Police: Destroy Career To Create Hoaxes

JAKARTA - Celebrity, Erika Carlina, officially reported Giovanni Surya Saputra alias DJ Panda on suspicion of threatening the Polda Metro Jaya. The form of threats is starting from destroying careers to making fake news or hoaxes.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi said the form of threat was based on the information of the reporter or Erika Carlina when making a police report.

"Threatening will destroy the victim's career," said Ade to VOI, July 25.

The threat was conveyed by the reported in Whatsapp Group which contains followers or fans of the reported party.

Not only that, the reported party also wants to make fake news about Erika Carlina, especially regarding the child in the celebgram content.

"The reported party also wants to make fake news by mentioning that the child in the womb of the victim is not his child," he said.

"Furthermore, in the Whatsapp group, the reported party also sent personal data on the victim at the hospital along with ultrasound photos belonging to the victim," continued Ade.

In fact, it was stated that DJ Panda also insulted Erika Carlina by calling her a psychopath.

With this threat, Erika Carlina reported DJ Panda. The report is registered with the number LP/B/5027/VII/2025/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, dated July 19.

In the report, the reported party is suspected of committing a criminal act of unpleasant acts as regulated in Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning the Criminal Code as referred to in Article 335 and or Article 28 Paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law and or Article 65 Paragraph (2) of Law 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection.
