Rosan Calls Danantara Will Cooperate With SWF Saudi Arabia
JAKARTA - The Investment Management Agency (BPI) Daya Anagata Nusantara (Dantara) has again expanded its global partner network in the Middle East.
After Qatar, now Danantara will cooperate with Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund (SWF), namely the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
This was revealed by Danantara Indonesia's Chief of Executive Officer (CEO), Rosan Roeslani after a hearing with Commission XI of the DPR, at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Wednesday, July 23.
Rosan said that apart from Saudi Arabia, Danantara will also cooperate with banks from Japan, namely the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC).
"We also have talks with PIF, it is a sovereign wealth fund from Saudi Arabia, God willing, we will also have cooperation soon. Last week we just returned from Japan, we signed a collaboration with JBIC," said Rosan.
Furthermore, Rosan explained that JBIC will later provide long-term funding for new and renewable energy projects (EBT) in Indonesia. Including, other sustainability projects.

Rosan said that the various collaborations that were carried out proved the trust of the outside world in the Danantara.
"So, we see the trust from the outside world, from other countries, the financial market, the banking, foreign investors are also very positive in their response to the Danantara," he said.
